M input torque and 0-26.8rpm adjustable speed; In order to make the power part coaxial with the input shaft of the worm gear box to be tested, we make the power platform adjustable for lifting, moving forward and backward, lifting and moving left and right, and locking up, down, front and back. The whole power module is fixed on the cast iron platform by pressing plate, T-nut and bolt. Because the power shaft and the input shaft of worm gear box inevitably have coaxiality error, we use universal joint to alleviate the error. The transition seat is added to protect the torque speed sensor from bending moment and axial force. In order to reduce the height of the whole test bench, we use the flange type static torque sensor produced by Lanling, which is connected with the output shaft hole of the worm gear box through the spline shaft. Considering the size of each model of worm gear box to be tested, we have designed universal connecting flange and spline shaft hole. We only provide the test fixture of the largest model of worm gear box, and the rest models can provide drawings for customers to process.
